About the therapist
Meet Allison
Allison Schmale is a Birmingham, Alabama native and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Alabama. She also holds additional certification in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling and is trained to deliver EMDR-therapy. Allison has years of extensive experience working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, grief, addictions, and family systems challenges. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive, compassionate, and welcoming space where clients feel empowered to embrace their strengths and find personal growth. Utilizing a collaborative, person-centered approach, Allison helps clients navigate life's challenges, build their resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
